We want to hear from you!About the Role: As a Certified Medication Aide with Venza Care at Snow Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in administering medications and ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team, following all facility protocols to deliver the best care.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $18.00-$22.00/hr, based on experienceCompetitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) Retirement planPaid time off (PTO) - Start earning day one!Supplemental insurance optionsDiscounts on premium amenities and servicesOn-Demand Pay options!Key Responsibilities:Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered by attending physicians.Monitor and report residents' reactions to medications.Maintain proper labeling and storage of medications.Record and report any medication errors or resident refusals.Assist with obtaining and documenting vital signs.Work closely with nursing and healthcare staff to coordinate resident care.Participate in quality assurance and committee meetings to improve medication procedures.Qualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state.Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification from a state-approved training program.Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and the ability to handle stressful situations with patience.Shifts Available:Full-time and PRN options available, with a rotating schedule for weekend shifts.Why Venza Care?
