We are seeking a full time, Front Desk Supervisor. At The Bellevue Club Hotel, our Front Desk Team goes beyond just assisting our guests and Members during arrival and departure. Instead, we want to exceed expectations and provide a level of service that aligns with the luxury service our guests are accustomed to. As one of the first points of contact at The Bellevue Club Hotel, a warm welcome and an ability to put guests' mind at ease is crucial. Often being one of the last Team Members that a guest encounters, you will also need to make their final interaction on property memorable.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, AM & PM shifts. Weekend availability needed.

The Front Desk Supervisor: - Supervises, evaluates and trains Front Desk-Reservations employees.
- Assigns duties and drafts schedules to effectively operate and staff these areas.
- Will work scheduled shifts, and work as a fill-in for any employee in any of the departments for which the position oversees.
- Responsible for Check-in and check-out services to guests of the Bellevue Club Hotel and completes reservations for Hotel accommodations.
- Excels in multi-tasking within several hospitality platforms including OPERA Cloud, Outlook, Medallia and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Handles cash and check payments and processes credit card information as required.
- Involved in training of new Front Desk Agents and Concierges.
- Supports management with various tasks including reporting, and administrative duties.
- Will serve as property Manager on Duty in absence of Senior Leadership.
- Answers the Bellevue Club Hotel front office and reservation telephones. Provides information to prospective guests regarding room rates, room availability, corporate accounts, and services offered by the Bellevue Club Hotel.
- Completes room reservations using Hotel computer/software system. Inputs and/or updates reservation information in the computer and properly codes all reservations.
- Responsible for daily pre-shift meetings with Rooms division Teams.
The Idea Candidate Has: - Prior hotel front desk experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one-year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
- Six months to one year of experience and/or training in hospitality field required.
- Excellent customer service and organization skills required.
- Strong attention to detail required.
