Join us in supporting a great company as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you'll be the friendly voice, the knowledgeable resource, and the problem-solver for clients. You'll communicate via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring that every interaction is polite and professional. This is an opportunity to become an expert in a range of innovative products and provide exceptional support to clients. Training will take place on-site, with the role transitioning to remote after training is complete.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour
