As a Guest Journey Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued from the moment they reach out to us. Your expertise will be vital in creating memorable experiences, guiding our dedicated team, and upholding the high standards that define our resort.
What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding service by responding to guest inquiries and reservation requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to arrival.
• Help guests navigate their journey at the resort whether it be a day visit, spa treatment, overnight stay, or dining experience
• Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Help guests navigate any technological tools or systems related to their reservations.
• Maintain a proactive, guest-centric approach to ensure satisfaction throughout their interaction with our resort.
