Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Business Development
- Serve as an impartial liaison between production sources and customer facilities to ensure products meet established criteria.
Operations
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits on incoming materials using hand gauging and visual techniques to assess conformance to specifications and suitability for use.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming parts and sub-assemblies for further action.
- Rectify non-conforming materials through rework, sorting, or scrapping as directed by the Team Leader.
- Utilize methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly, and disassembly to address non-conformities.
- Determine the appropriate tools and equipment required for each task.
- Perform grinding, sanding, cleaning, and lubrication of parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools or equipment.
Organization & Management
- Communicate sorting and inspection results to managers, supervisors, and production sources effectively.
Technical
- Proficiently operate basic hand tools, including gauges, drills, taps, grinders, and sanders for the repair and cleaning of parts and sub-assemblies.
- Utilize the company portal for accurate time recording and acknowledgment of policies.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- 1+ year in Quality related position.
- Basic knowledge of materials and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of quality control methods.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to Coordinate, prioritize and multitask
- Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Ability to take initiative and recognize needs
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material
- Ability lift /move 30 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
