Overview:Collaborates in the workflow of the clinic and the assessment of patient/significant other in a timely, consistent and systematic manner. Documents subjective and objective data according to policy.Demonstrates effective patient safety techniques and infection control.Works as part of the clinic team in an effective and efficient manner to accomplish daily objectives.Qualifications:Medical Assistant:Education: High School Diploma or GED.Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire .Preferred Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.Certified Medical Assistant:Education: High School Diploma or GED.Certification: Must have active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA).
