Responsible for direct, individualized, goal directed patient care under the supervision of Physician. Floater position will provide additional support to all clinics.Description High School Graduate or equivalent required Medical training through a certificate program or at least 2 years experience as a medical assistant in a clinical setting, (Ex: clinical lab, physician's office, Emergency Medical Tech., etc.). Medical Training: LPN, Lab, Radiology, Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, or Physician Office. Knowledge of the following equipment: Glucometer, PT INR machine, wheel chair, and thermometers. Knowledge of the following test: urinalysis and EKG. Organizational skills. Oral and written communication and computer skills. Customer services skills. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, visitors, and coworkers. Ability to show proficiency by passing all written and clinical test. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 3 months of position.
