Title: Guest Services Specialist
Facility: St. Joseph's Women's and Children's
The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests' liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System's hospital and the surrounding community
- Must possess advanced computer skills
- Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.
This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.
Required specific skills include:
- self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.
- Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
- Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.
Education:
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Health science specialization preferred
