Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Responsibilities
- Works Hotel Front Desk
- Train All Employees in Opera Cloud
- Hires and Develops New Front Desk Agents
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
- Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or PMS system.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
- 2 Years Front Desk Supervisor or Agent.
- Must Know Opera Cloud
- Ability to Travel
