Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Pasadena, CA
Salary: $28 - $30
Job Description:
LHH is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our clients team in Pasadena, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process the intake of different types of employees in various software systems and manage extensions of current employees throughout the day.
- Conduct I-9 verifications in person at our office three days a week.
- Manage records in our system ISSM and assist with archiving the few paper files that remain.
- Forward emails from a general inbox and handle minimal phone calls and email correspondence.
- Utilize Oracle and Microsoft software systems for daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in record/data management and Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft, and other HR software systems.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Length of Assignment:
- Through at least February 9, 2025.
Desired Start Date:
- ASAP (targeting December 2, 2024).
