**Job Title: Production Worker****Job Description**This company is a large manufacturing facility that primarily makes magnetic wire at this facility. This magnetic wire is used for several industries but primarily serves the automotive industries. They also serve industries such as residential and commercial appliances, energy, and industrial. These candidates will be responsible for machine operating, storing finished product in the warehouse, performing quality inspection, and welding. The machines are mostly automated and candidates will be responsible for making sure they are operating correctly and to the customer's specifications. Candidates will be certified on the forklift but having previous experience or certifications is a plus. They will be on the forklift for 15% of the time. Candidates need to be okay with lifting up to 50 lbs but will not be required to lift more than that as anything over that will be moved using an overhead crane or forklift. Safety is taken very seriously and this will be a major focus when candidates are being evaluated on performance. This is a career, not a temporary position. The training does take up to 6 months and can take up to a year until candidates fully understand the process. It can get loud and hot in some areas depending on the department. This facility is growing and they are planning on building onto the building to expand their warehouse and install new lines.
