Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Union/Non: This is a non-union positionWe are looking for a Process Assistant to join our team!This Process Assistant role performs a variety of routine administrative and clerical tasks that support the North Raleigh Service Department.We require knowledge in the area of assignment as well as applicable department and company policies and procedures to accomplish the processing of information, documents or materials to include:What You Will Do:Setting up comprehensive records and filesPreparing standard reports and chartsCompiling data from various sources and formsContacting other departments to obtain information and reconcile routine discrepanciesPerforming calculations involving complicated arithmetic, etc.Maintains record of documents processedInforms departments of missing or incorrect data and makes minor correctionsUtilizes computer systems and/or other related equipment to record, store and retrieve informationCompiles regular and special reports using established formats and proceduresPerforms basic clerical duties that are highly structured according to established proceduresThis position reports to the Enbridge's North Raleigh Operations Center located in Raleigh, North Carolina.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesWho You Are:5+ years general office experience.Comprehensive knowledge of company and department procedures associated with business process or function.Strong skills using spreadsheet, word processing and SAP.Ability to prioritize work and exercise considerable discretion in the performance of duties.Ability to handle multiple activities and resources.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong personal computer skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.Works under general supervision.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceBilingual (Spanish) candidates.Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to:Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand sophisticated problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and connect with individuals via telephone.Working Conditions:Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
