Job Posting: Customer Service Representative II
Location: Garland, TX
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
Dress Code: Business Casual
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing accurate information and support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamp accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience in handling inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
