Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. HR Operations Manager & Local General Manager, the HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The HR Coordinator will work closely with team members and management to facilitate HR-related tasks, maintain records, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
•Assist in the recruitment process by having knowledge of job vacancies, assist in scheduling interviews and on occasion conduct interviews as needed.
•Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
•Assist in hiring event activities and lend support to the recruitment efforts.
Onboarding and Orientation:
•Conduct new team member orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
•Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment forms.
Employee Records Management:
•Maintain and regularly update employee records, including personal details, job changes, and performance evaluations.
•Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee data.
Benefits Administration:
•Assist team members with benefits-related inquiries and provide support during benefits enrollment.
•Collaborate with external providers and HRBP to administer employee benefits programs effectively.
Training and Development:
•Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other team member development programs.
•Maintain comprehensive training records and track team member participation in learning initiatives.
HR Policy and Compliance:
•Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
•Assist team members with policy inquiries or interpretation.
Employee Relations:
•Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing them with professionalism and confidentiality.
•Collaborate with HRBP to resolve employee relations issues and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Performance Management:
•Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines, sending reminders, and maintaining documentation.
•Organize and safeguard records related to employee performance evaluations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field.
•Proven experience in an HR Coordinator role or a similar HR position.
•Familiarity with HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
