This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.This is what we offer:Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environmentComprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings accountUnlimited professional training opportunitiesPaid vacation days, sick days, and holidaysOpportunity for advancement in a growing companyBrand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipmentHere is what an ordinary day of work may look like:Process warranty claimsVerifies the manufacturer’s or supplier’s criteriaAuthorizes all warranty claimsCompletes the documents required to process the claims, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier and follows upEnsures that the amounts claimed correspond to the criteria of the manufacturer/supplierFollows up on claims to obtain prompt paymentCompletes pre-authorization applications in contentious cases, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier and follows upIdentifies exceptional cases which may result in special agreements with the manufacturer/supplier; completes the required documents and follows upAnalyses claims denied by the manufacturer/supplier and, if applicable, re-submits them as soon as possible or obtains authorization to cancel themEnsures that clients are invoiced for uncovered and unauthorized claimsAnalyzes and reviews credits (amounts claimed which must be defrayed by the dealer)The opportunity is for you if you have:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Warranty Administrator requiredLuxury brand experience preferredWilling to learn different car brandsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industrySelf-motivated and diligentExtremely organized with dedicated attention to detailClear focus on delivering work of the highest qualityWilling to submit to a drug test and criminal background checkMaintain professional appearance and demeanor at all timesThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
