Hourly rate $21.75 - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently and accurately
- Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days and evenings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to wear a company uniform
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Adaptability to changing work conditions and customer needs
