Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

+ Provides administrative support in areas of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and evaluation

+ Maintains documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications

+ Examines employee files to provide information for personnel actions

+ Supports the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process

+ Assists with data management and file maintenance of company and employee records

+ Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Accounting/ Payroll Support Responsibilities

+ Assists with payroll processing, vouchers, invoices, account statements, purchases, reports, and other records according to program standards

+ Reconciles monthly general ledger accounts

+ Reviews and files payroll related documentation

+ Provides internal and external audits and reviews as requested

+ Develops procedures in conjunction with leadership

Qualifications

+ Degree in Human Resources or related field

+ Two or more years in a Human Resources

+ Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office software
