Life Science Outsourcing, Inc (LSO) is a contract manufacturer of medical devices with in-built capabilities to offer clients full-service solutions through our six divisions. Clients rely on LSO to perform all activities required to introduce their products to market, from sourcing to drop shipping.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic In-Process/Final QC Inspector with a good positive energy to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting final inspections to verify that all quality requirements have been met prior to product release

Job Description
  • Conduct in-process inspections of medical devices using various testing equipment and tools to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
  • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests according to established protocols and procedures
  • Document inspection results accurately and promptly in electronic or paper-based records
  • Communicate any deviations or non-conformities to the Quality Control Supervisor or relevant personnel
  • Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and participate in problem solving efforts
  • Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns in real time
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and or ability required.
  • Proficient in using testing equipment and tools relevant to medical device manufacturing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a quality control or inspection role within the medical device manufacturing industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal as well as good people skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctuality and reliability

PHYSICL DEMANDS
This position requires the ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to bend, stoop and lift objects. Walk extended distances as needed.
