AGRILAND FS, a financially strong and dependable cooperative serving customers in southern Iowa, eastern Nebraska, and northern Missouri is looking for a strong telesales professional with the ability to offer strong inbound customer support while executing outbound sales marketing strategies to grow market share.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle all inbound and outbound telephone calls for marketing and customer service

+ Will clearly communicate with prospects to determine needs for products and services

+ Create a positive experience through active listening and high energy customer care

+ Set up and maintain accurate account information

+ Administer credit policy on assigned products

+ Contribute to additional customer service related activities such as statement preparation and direct mail fulfillment

Requirements:

+ Prefer phone customer service experience, outbound and inbound environment

+ Experience with customer service and sales

+ Excellent listening, communication and organizational skills

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook

+ Demonstrate self starting skills, work ethic, with ability to work beyond normal working hours

+ Good math, reading and business skills
