Job Summary:
Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Acts as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support. Responsible for placing/answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.

Required Qualifications:
•Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience.
•Prior demonstrated experience working in a customer service role.
•Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
•Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
•Works under immediate supervision.
•Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem-solving ability.
•Ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure situations.
•Tenacity and creativity in handling customer issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Salesforce/Service Max case experience.
•Call center experience, with a focus on handling emails.
•Typing skills.
•Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
