Job Description
We are looking for a Wireless Customer Service Representative to play a critical role in progressing our clients' mobile wireless sales efforts in the telecommunications industry. We aspire to educate others about technology and the services of our clients. Our Wireless Customer Service Representatives will increase brand awareness, develop customer acquisition strategies, and create transformational customer experiences.
Job Duties:

• Communicate with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and suggest the best-fit products/services
• Demonstrate and communicate service and device feature functionality, billing procedures, and equipment usage to each customer
• Answer customers' questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Desire to grow both personally and professionally.
• Having a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
