Job Title: Wardrobe Attendant
Salary: $20+

Responsibilities:
- Assign new hires proper uniforms, ID badge, and name tag; explain all necessary processes including garment bag information and dress code requirements
- If needed, measure team member for appropriate uniforms and perform minor repairs with assistance from Seamstress
- Assist Team Members with returning company property upon termination: un-assigning uniforms, adding notes to uniform system, printing and signing all paperwork to process outgoing team member
- File assigned/unassigned uniforms report, garment bag assignments, and requests for new/borrowed uniforms
- Accurately tracks team member information through various softwares, including Micosoft Outlook and Excel
- Inventory uniforms and flag items in need of repair/replacement/new stock
- Answer telephone, take messages, provide assistance, and answer questions
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay on task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and with a team
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
- Ability to communicate via phone and email in an effective, professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and field requests from multiple team members at once
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments
- Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to speak and write English
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; ability to bend, stoop, reach, and continuously use hands
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
- Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
- Previous retail experience preferred
