**Mold Setter (Night Shift)**
+ 12-hour Rotating shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
+ Scheduled work 7 days in a 14-day period (2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, repeat. Every other weekend is scheduled off.)
**Job Summary:**
The position of Molding Technician I will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce parts used in the manufacture of medical devices. This position will report directly to the Production Supervisor.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operating equipment according to established procedures.
+ Preparation of materials required for production.
+ Assist with troubleshooting technical issues on equipment.
+ Perform preventative maintenance and documentation of findings.
+ Assist with setup of new equipment and processes.
+ Provide support to other departments as needed.
+ Work with team members to improve processes and reduce scrap.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
+ Ensure work area is clean at all times.
+ Maintain good housekeeping practices.
+ Must complete all required training for this position.
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Injection Molding experience preferred but not required.
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Computer literacy Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
+ Ability to read drawings and specifications.
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Ability to perform basic math functions.
+ Must be able to pass color vision test.
