Experience:

• 12 years of experience in processing enrollment applications in Medicaid, healthcare insurance, or workers' compensation markets.
• Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with providers.
• Ability to meet daily quotas and follow structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process enrollment applications for Medicaid programs, healthcare insurance, and workers' comp markets.
• Ensure accuracy by validating enrollment information to meet documented standards.
• Handle data entry for paper applications and manage file maintenance.
• Send deficiency letters to providers regarding incomplete applications.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve inquiries professionally.
