URGENT NEED: Part Time Parts Driver

• Pay: $18 per Hour
• Hours: 28 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with specific hours TBD
• Ideal candidates will have open availability to work any shift during the Parts Department regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. There may be an opportunity for full time work, and cross training to support as a Porter in our Service Department as business needs increase.

Parts Driver
The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership. Parts Drivers must also check invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer. The Parts Driver must account for cash on COD orders and maintain an accurate, detailed delivery log. The Parts Driver communicates with other members of the Parts and Service departments, external vendors and customers.
The Parts Driver reports to the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities

• Delivering parts and equipment to customers, wholesale accounts and vendors
• Coordinating pickup and delivery needs with the Parts Manager and other department staff
• Completing all invoices, shipping documents, and payments to the appropriate parties after completing the delivery
• Regular maintenance of delivery vehicle
• Assist in processing material when schedule and workload permits
• Assist with annual inventory in pre-inventory and post-inventory functions
• Posses a current Forklift Certification (Lithia will provide training)Depends on location
• Posses a current Hazmat certification (Lithia will provide training)Depends on location
• Other duties as required

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
