Job Description Description of the Role: The Nissan Automotive Warranty Administrator at Mike Rezi Nissan Atlanta is responsible for managing and overseeing all warranty-related activities within the dealership. This includes processing warranty claims, ensuring the accuracy of warranty information, and coordinating with various departments to resolve customer concerns.
Responsibilities: - Process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify warranty information and documentation
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary details
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer's warranty guidelines and policies
Requirements: - Prior experience in automotive warranty administration
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranties and related procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
- Experience in Reynolds and Reynolds DMS is a plus
- Must pass background and drug test
