The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $16.00 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Position Summary:
The individual holding this position will be expected to perform the general labor responsibilities to ensure the production of safe, high quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies, GMP's, HACCP, quality, safety and sanitation procedures.
- Complete all tasks in a safe manner utilizing proper PPE's.
- Inspect machinery before use. Report any issues with machinery prior to or while running to immediate supervisor. Cleaning production tools
- Must be able to assemble and disassemble machinery for changeovers and sanitation.
- Must follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures when cleaning and or scraping the piece of machinery that they are working on.
- Employee must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Follow the supervisor's instructions on what products they are running and the containers needed for that particular run.
- Insure that all products are labeled correctly and Lot codes are on each product and ingredient. Any issue must be reported to their supervisor.
- When packing or batching products and ingredients, employee is to insure that they are weighing the product to the required weight according to the batch check sheet and the pack size of the container to be filled.
- Perform additional duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Must have mechanical abilities.
- Knowledge of GMP's.
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Exhibit regular and timely attendance
- Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
- Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.
- Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands:
- Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
