JOB TITLE: Cement Mixer Driver
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: CPN Batch Plant
SUPERVISOR: Director
FLSA: Non -Exempt
SALARY: $18.00 - $23.00
** ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: Your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, $140.00 Employee plus family. **
Must be insurable through Citizen Potawatomi Nation driver insurance.
JOB SUMMARY: Perform all aspects of job as required by management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Driving mixer truck
•Checking and discharging load
•Truck maintenance, greasing rollers, axel, etc.
•Able to perform DOT checks per regulations
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform other duties and projects as required by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a CDL, A or B

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, kneel, stoop, talk, hear, and withstand frequent repetitive motion, heavy lifting, have visual acuity, and good finger dexterity.
