The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:
- Oversees and gives direction to the blast team
- Stages schedules for area with the daily production requirements and assigns work as needed
- Read work order instructions or other job-related documents and processes the jobs
- Performs duties involving blasting parts as needed
- Monitors usage of shot and on-hand inventory
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership and job shop environment is preferred
- Position requires basic math, reading and writing skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic with a solid attendance history
