A logistics facility located in Garland, TX is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative
Hours: 9am-6pm
Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday
Compensation: $18 per hour
Essential Job Duties:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems and issues.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
- Process changes or cancelations to delivery orders.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
