At Resilience Insurance Analytics we do market focused insurance risk analysis, monitoring, and valuation services for commercial lenders & private credit. Job Summary : Responsible for providing sophisticated risk advisory services to institutional clients specialized in complex commercial real estate transactions. Must have P & C Insurance experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports pre-closing insurance and risk reviews, liaising with lenders, borrowers, and brokers on new loan origination
  • Provides insurance requirements based on deal type, geography, and lender requirement
  • Analyzes proposed insurance coverage and identifies and communicates insurance coverage gaps to lenders and borrowers for resolution.
  • Creates and submits client deliverables including accurate risk assessment and documentation
  • Delivers complete deal package including evidence of insurance and other required documentation.
  • Responsible for deal flow management, client status reporting, issue tracking and resolution.
  • Complies with system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information.
  • Other duties as assign.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • 2 or more years of experience in P & C insurance experience.
  • Commercial Real Estate and lease review experience a plus.

Skill

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Products Excel, Word, Adobe.
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Effective time management, organizational, prioritization and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and work well under tight timeframes and fluid deadline
  • Ability to be flexible, change roles quickly and be comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere.
