Top Arkansas personal injury firm seeks Legal Intake Specialist to provide amazing customer service and be the first point of contact for potential clients. This is a rewarding job for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Answer inbound calls in multi-location practice Perform outbound calls to potential clients and follow-up Create and field intake files Collect and record information from potential clients Open new cases in case management software Assist in various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: filing, faxing, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate team members Qualifications: Previous inbound customer service experience Law firm experience is preferred, legal department experience required The ability to work under pressure, use sound judgement, and seek solution to potential problems Strong knowledge of MS Office Type a minimum of 55 words per minute Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus! $17.00/hr DOE Excellent benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay, Retirement and plenty of room for growth! #IND
