Key Responsibilities : - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
- Provide product and service information to customers, explaining features, benefits, and availability.
- Assist with troubleshooting product or service-related issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalations appropriately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer communications are documented in the appropriate systems for future reference.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining inventory of service materials, and preparing reports as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
