Description Summary The Campus Cleaning Technician will supervise all cleaning operations for all assigned campuses, under the direction of the Cleaning Manager. The position will ensure that all publicly accessible areas of the church are clean and ready for other staff members and the congregation to use. Responsibilities include, but not limited to make minor repairs, change light bulbs, vacuum, sweep, and scrub floors, sanitize surfaces, and restock items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies. This role may also maintain supply inventory, submit purchase requests, and assist with preparations for events, such as weddings or funerals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance per CDC guidelines in all sanitation necessary.
- Maintain hygienic cleanliness of entire building, including corporate offices, sanctuaries, common areas and outdoor space.
- Adhere to daily safety operations and business development efforts for assigned campus cleaning functions, for church buildings and other locations as assigned.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Maximize product quality inspections.
- Manages Asana for all staff cleaning needs.
- Order, control, manage and purchase inventory, including but not limited to taking inventory of cleaners and other supplies and submitting requests when items need to be replenished for their campuses or assigned work location.
- Assist Facilities with record-keeping and maintenance schedules.
- As needed, pull inventory for events and staff requests for all campuses.
- Communicate and equipped Easter Seals with resources for day to day duties.
- Oversee the cleaning of the church facilities through completion of weekly duties and daily spot cleaning in all public and other designated areas of the building, including bathrooms, sanctuary, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
- Work with other departments to ensure that all areas are cleaned and stocked with necessary items.
- Observe proper chemical handling procedures when working with cleaning agents, including wearing gloves, goggles, or masks and following written or verbal instructions.
- Inform facility team of minor repairs noticed, such as changing light bulbs and restocking bathrooms, and making repairs in areas cleaned.
- Assist with event clean up.
- Develop a dedicated Dream Team that is scheduled for weekly cleaning assignments.
- Interact with church staff and visitors in a respectful, positive manner.

- Understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Have the ability to make basic repairs, including plumbing and electrical work.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment and includes all aspects of the building and grounds.
Physical Demands This position is a highly physical role, including moving, bending, pushing, mopping, vacuuming, and similar activities on a regular basis throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week. These hours may fluctuate with events.

Travel Campus to campus local travel may be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience - Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
- Custodial experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
