Position Overview:
ISCO is looking for a motivated individual with minimal experience who is eager to learn and contribute to the team. The Laborer/Driver position will work with our maintenance team to assemble and repair industrial equipment.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior mechanics in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and machinery
  • Perform maintenance tasks; pump repair, lubrication, belt adjustments, filter and hydraulic hose replacements, etc.
  • Learn to operate and maintain various equipment, such as pumps, HDPE fusion equipment, etc.
  • Inspect machinery for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Use forklift to load/unload trucks
  • Occasional delivery to local customers and mines
  • Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Attention to detail and methodical problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn
  • Valid Driver's License
