We are looking for a Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Garland, TX!
Tuesday - Saturday
9AM - 6PM
$18/hr - weekly pay
Day to Day:
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Process changes / cancelations of delivery orders.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferred at a call center (answering phones, responding to customers, resolving problems)
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual, a plus.
