General Laborer - Full Time, 2nd and 3rd Shift
Seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our team. Responsible for assisting in setup, production, cleanup, and packaging of product in various departments.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 3rd Shift; 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Sunday- Saturday.
  • Starting hourly pay of $18.60 , plus shift differential.
  • Comprehensive Nestl benefits after 30 days of employment.
  • Yearly reviews and raises.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:
  • Assists with the production, processing, and packaging of all products.
  • Cleans and sanitizes work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepares equipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers.
  • Communicates with Supervisors, Line Leads, and other Operators on quality and production of material.
  • Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
  • Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required .
  • Ability to work in a cold environment of 40-50 degrees F, required.
  • High School Diploma/GED, preferred .
SKILLS:
  • Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful.
  • Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to do basic math and use calculators.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
  • Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
