Summary: Manage inbound and outbound calls from various sources and converting them into appointments; engage potential customers and provide them with the necessary information to make informed decisions; plays a critical role in building relationships with customers and creating a positive experience that can lead to repeat business and referrals.
Essential Duties: - Respond for inbound and outbound various sources such as email, phone, chat, text, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify calls by understanding their needs and interests and determine the appropriate next steps to take.
- Follow up with calls through various communication channels and document all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all lead management tasks.
- Provide world class customer service to all calls and customers by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions.
- Build rapport with leads and customers to establish long-term relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information and services.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth transactions.
- Communicating effectively with advisors, managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Contacting customers and scheduling appointments for them to visit the dealership.
- Following up with customers to confirm their appointments, ensure they have all the necessary information, and answer any questions they may have.
- Rescheduling appointments as needed and managing the dealership's appointment calendar.
- Respond to calls within 2 rings (goal) no more than 4 rings.
- Maintain an appointment scheduling ratio of 30% or better.
- Complete a minimum of 80 outbound phone calls per shift.
- Score above 80% on mystery shoppers.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall departmental and company goals.
- Share best practices and knowledge with team members to improve overall performance.
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up to date on company policies, procedures, and products.
- Maintains professional appearance.
