Our client, in Aerospace is seeking Solderers to join their team. As a solderer, you will be supporting the assembly teams. The ideal candidate will have good verbal communication, team player and reliable and responsible which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Solderer - 2nd Shift Location: Newbury Park, CA Pay Range: $21 - $22/hr. Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm What's the Job? Perform production assembly from formal work instructions and writing.Understand Kan Ban and small-batch size requirements. Able to help others with keeping Lean changes on track.Perform moderately complex assembly and/or soldering tasks using tools such as hot tweezers, cutters, soldering iron, solder pot, stereo microscope.update manual and computerized status reports and logs per department requirements. Work on more than one product within the department or company. What's Needed? Able to read, speak and understand the English language.Able to lift up to 25 pounds.Able to pass visual acuity exam.Able to read and understand technical work instructions.Able to work from schematics and blueprints.
