Job Title: Customer Service Representative II
Duration: 6+ month contract with high possibility for extension
Location: Ashburn, VA (Onsite)
Duties: - Enter and verify orders; handle customer phone calls and emails.
- Manage quotes and issues, update RMAs, and post-sales/quotes follow-ups.
- Run reports as assigned.
- Manage accounts and relationships within a territory, working alongside the designated Regional Manager to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate daily with the Regional Manager to prioritize workflow, tasks, and activities.
- Update customer, account, and opportunity information in various databases.
- Conduct customer needs analyses and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support ISO quality systems, policies, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in training new employees as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills: - 1-3 years of experience (minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or technical experience preferred.
Education: - Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
