Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative II
Duration: 6+ month contract with high possibility for extension
Location: Ashburn, VA (Onsite)
Duties:
  • Enter and verify orders; handle customer phone calls and emails.
  • Manage quotes and issues, update RMAs, and post-sales/quotes follow-ups.
  • Run reports as assigned.
  • Manage accounts and relationships within a territory, working alongside the designated Regional Manager to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate daily with the Regional Manager to prioritize workflow, tasks, and activities.
  • Update customer, account, and opportunity information in various databases.
  • Conduct customer needs analyses and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support ISO quality systems, policies, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in training new employees as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience (minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or technical experience preferred.
Education:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
