Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).What you will be doingThe Central Fill Pharmacy Assistant Fulfillment Specialist will be working at a closed-door, fast paced pharmacy production line and will be involved in the processing and shipping of prescription orders. Reporting to the PIC, the Fulfillment Specialist will also be receiving inventory, scanning, sorting, manifesting, and shipping the prescription orders from the Central Fulfillment Center. The position will be based in Ridgefield, WA.Main responsibilities Preparation of prescription orders for delivery, with non-technician tasks to support central fill operations. Prepare packages, sort, and manifest prescription orders if needed. Take inventory, place orders, check in drugs and supplies, stock shelves and remove out-of-date items. Organize and maintain Stock at appropriate levels to minimize shortages and shrinkage. Support location and departmental goals, and overall company objectives. Comply with all laws, regulations, and standards of ethical conduct. Replenish automated counting machines Stock and rotate merchandise and supplies to limit shrinkage Create and maintain documentation as requested Assist Inventory Technicians as requestedWhat we are searching for Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours as needed. Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing and able to carry up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work Sunday to Thursday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: Pharmacy Assistant License in Washington Preferred: Central Fulfillment or closed-door pharmacy experience.
