Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as our Sr Director, Product Management , we’d ask you to do the following for us:
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of product managers known for their deep understanding of the market and for delivering high-quality products.
Craft the long-term vision and translate it into clear actionable next steps and OKRs for the teams to execute against.
Consistently deliver high-quality new products and features while improving the reliability of existing offerings. Test, measure, and communicate the performance of these features regularly.
Communicate clearly and crisply with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to drive alignment and influence cross-team directions.
Engage and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, building a direct channel for product feedback and collaboration on problem-solving.
Seek out customer data to define your team’s vision and roadmap, sharing insights and results throughout the company.
Leverage your deep understanding of the correlation between in-product experiences and business drivers to inform product decisions.
Act as the unified voice of the product domain to the rest of the organization.

Solid background in managing and growing a product team.
Proven experience in shipping great products from strategic roadmapping to launch in rapidly growing organizations.
Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and inform decisions.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, supporting direct reports to reach their full potential and professional goals.
Comfort in diving into details and collaborating closely with the team.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate big ideas into actionable plans.
Passion for understanding and unlocking the business value generated by the products you lead.
Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decisions and set goals.
Thriving in collaborative and high-energy environments, with excellent interpersonal skills to work across all levels of a cross-functional team.
A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and self-motivation, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and act on them to move the team forward.
