(Saturday/Sunday are considered weekend for Day Shift; Friday/Saturday/Sunday are considered weekends for Night Shift) Floating policy: When floating is required, Travelers will float first, PRN staff second, and Full Time Core Staff last Unit Specific Information Unit Name: Progressive Care Unit Number of Beds: 34 Patient Ratios: 1 to 3-4; stretched ratio of 1:5 (mix of med-surg and PCU) Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Daily availability of a Unit Secretary and consistently between 2-4 Patient Care Technicians each shift. Phlebotomy and Respiratory Therapy available for all shifts.
