Heritage Rehab is hiring a *Supervising PRN* Physical Therapists for our Columbus location, Embassy of Woodview *~15+ hours per week*, preferably 3 days per week.. This position allows for flexible scheduling.

\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

- Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients' functional abilities.

- Educate patients and their families on physical therapy's plan of care

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
