What You’ll Need: An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, OR A bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human services field, plus four years of experience in direct service or case management, and BSRB licensure. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role A Day in the Life as a Supervisor: As a Supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers dedicated to helping children return to their families or find adoptive homes. You will collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the support and services necessary to help children thrive. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding your team to build strong, healthy relationships for families.
