Certification Details Ohio license or compact state in hand required. AHA BLS & ACLS required. Epic charting experience. ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure Tech Cert Verification - National HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) NIH Stroke Certification Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Competency Exam Job Details Requires 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. AHA BLS & ACLS required. Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED. TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Charge RN refs accepted Job Requirements Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
