Certification Details BLS required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Candidate must be able to scrub. Job Details 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS Candidates should be aware of their submission to our facility. Submissions should include two references, a resume, and a completed skills checklist/competency assessment. 2 years experience current required in large OR. Ortho, ENT, and/or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Job Requirements Active NM or compact license required. Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Schedule Information Varied shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Additional Details Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from the last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. State tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
