DSP - Caregiver is similar to a STNA role, Home Health Aide, Resident Assistant, or Nursing Home Aide. What You’ll bring to Sevita as a Caregiver Direct Support Professional ( DSP ) at Sevita: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Skills: Caregiver - Direct Support Professional ( DSP ) - Resident Assistant - Home Health Aide - Assisted Living – Group Home – Human Services.
