Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Anesthesia Discipline: CRNA Duration: 26 weeks Employment Type: Locum Tenens Job Details: • Pay: $190 Hr. • Coverage dates: Oct. 1, 2024 - Ongoing • Schedule: Monday thru Friday coverage. • 2 OR’s and 1 procedure room • Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology • Must be competent with nerve blocks. • Patients per shift: 6-8 • Credentialing timeframe: 5 days Requirements: • Active unrestricted AZ License • Active ACLS, BLS, & PALS certifications • Minimum 3 years of experience • Board Certified • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
