Ensures the operating suite is adequately prepared for procedures and monitors the PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Responsible for cleaning and sterilizing all surgical instruments. Handles medications under the supervision of the surgeon or nurse. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities. Requirements Aptitudes: Ability to handle multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, and difficult situations. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective and empathetic patient care and customer relations.
